Airworthiness Engineering Student Jobs in Alberta

Preparation and management of certification plans and compliance programs.

Bachelor's degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering, or a combination of equivalent education and experience

Previous work experience with Transport Canada Civil Aviation, Aircraft Certification Branch is an asset.

The individual will ensure that the department/company deliverables and tools effectively support the company's obligations under the applicable regulatory requirements.

Service Difficulty Reporting investigations and governance process, and Coordinate certification approval of design changes.

Act as a focal for all communication relating to aircraft certification between the company and the Airworthiness Authorities

Application of various computer software programs will be required, including Microsoft Suite. Knowledge of AutoCAD and Bluebeam is an asset.

Assisting with project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and cost control.

Assisting with the identification and resolution of field technical issues.

Acting as an ambassador for the various safety campaigns.

Communicating changes with trades staff.

Set-up / Maintain record keeping.
