Manages costs and executes on budget targets throughout the year to ensure company financial objectives are met
Partner with respective SkyTeam and Joint Venture partners, identify opportunities for overall customer experience improvements.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in leadership positions is required.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills required for effective service recovery.
Must have working knowledge of all Delta systems as used within the airport environment
