Aggregate Quality Control Technician Jobs in Quebec

Provides customer support in resolving quality concerns and problems in the field working with the QC Manager.

Excellent customer service skills – dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external customers

Posses a general knowledge of construction and Aggregate & Concrete products and an understanding of the market, competition and business opportunities

Strong problem solving and analytical skills and the desire to seek solutions

Ensures all aspects of his/her role are executed in a safe manner.

Obeys safety guidelines when on construction sites and Lafarge operations.

Piloter le processus RNC (non-conformités produits) :

Valider et définir le niveau des RNC,

Suivre l’avancement et la pertinence des actions immédiates, correctives et préventives,

Piloter les plans d’actions des DAC (plaintes clients) pour le département des opérations

Préparer et envoyer la documentation finale client (rapport de test / dérogations)

Conseiller, orienter et collaborer avec les inspecteurs qualité dans leurs tâches d'inspection

Work with other teams to improve inspection protocols and capabilities, creating greater efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of inspections.

Have strong written and spoken communication skills.

Have solid analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking.

Understand and apply visual and documentary inspection methods of electronic, optical, mechanical, and measurement techniques.

Draw up any non-compliance reports for communication to suppliers.

Provide assistance to the other functional teams to deploy incoming test protocols and to perform first item inspections.
