Previous experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.

3+ years experience in affiliate marketing

Demonstrate relationship building skills to work with numerous internal/external vendors and departments to reach objectives

Proven experience working for iconic brands that have created disruption in their respective industries.

Demonstrated ability to manage through influence and drive work through others

Proven balance between creative and analytical skillsets, with demonstrable attention to detail

Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills

Education or experience in Change Management or Project Management is preferred, but is not required

Remain engaged with, and current on, regulatory requirements that impact ATCO and its partners

A Professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, CGA, CA) is required. Applicants will be evaluated based on their level of experience

A minimum of 5 years of accounting, regulatory or auditing experience

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with individuals in a variety of roles, and from various backgrounds

Must have at least 2 years experience in sales and affiliate marketing.

Experience in office rentals and coworking spaces is a plus.
