Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively manage and influence multiple stakeholders.

Excellent leadership and management skills

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in education, communications, and/or engagement

Strong knowledge of educational principles, restorative justice and curriculum development

Recruit contract facilitators and foster a collaborative and supportive environment among contract facilitators, encouraging knowledge sharing and peer learning.

Stay updated on current research, best practices, and emerging trends in SOGIESC education and training.

Manage internal and external communications efforts, including the timely delivery of newsletters, and promotion of programs and services to diverse audiences.

Your project management skills are straight fire.

5-8 years of internal communications experience, preferably in a large and/or complex matrixed environment.

Collaborate with colleagues and leaders across the organization to understand business developments, build thoughtful messaging and execute flawlessly.

Deliver exceptional service to business stakeholders through high-quality work, strategic planning and attention to detail.
