Prior administrative experience in a distribution center is required.

Strong English-speaking skills are a must, with the ability to articulate effectively and comprehend complex instructions.

Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping procedures.

Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to manage all project functions related to IT Project deployment

Management and supply of consumables per Jenoptik’ contractual obligations

Report client needs and demand to senior management, engineering and suppliers

Ability to perform “Hands on” and “tools in the trunk” or “management tasks in the office”

Technical education, e.g. IT Systems Administration – electronics, electrical, radar, laser and/or photo experience is an advantage

File and manage support requests with internal and external suppliers

Previous experience in Transportation environment preferred

Good communication skills via phone/email
