Experience in project and brand management

Excellent interpersonal, customer service, presentation development, presentation management and communication skills

Is a key contact alongside management for provincial liquor boards and other large accounts

Acts as liaison between suppliers, management, and liquor boards on special projects

Assists in delegating tasks to management, sales associates, vendors, and suppliers

Extensive knowledge of MS Office -Experience with; Excel and PowerPoint

Identify opportunities to build community and drive word-of-mouth awareness through brand activations or experiences in key target markets

Delegate tasks to the brand project manager, marketing coordinator and external vendors as needed to support event production

Maintain up-to-date budgets for active projects and report spending every month to the brand finance business partner

Superior interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work exceptionally well as part of a team

Proven leadership skills; can spearhead new initiatives and motivate others to deliver results

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, commercially minded and objective

Post-secondary education in business, marketing or other related field of study. Degree/certificate in Sports Management/Marketing would be considered a valuable asset

Minimum of 3 years’ of relevant experience in event management and execution. Brand ambassador work is considered an asset.

Financial Management: Create project estimates, submit expenses and invoices, ensure project remains on budget, record costs and flag any discrepancies, reconciliations.
