Determines the appropriate allocation of activation staffing for the effective and proper administration of departmental and corporate activation programs.

Develops and administers departmental policies and procedures that promote best practices.

Ensures the availability and appropriateness of departmental supplies and resources to deliver optimal and safe activation programs (departmental and corporate programs)

Ensures departmental budget is adhered to and takes active steps to address budget issues throughout the fiscal year.

Possess an undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics, or related work experience.

Collect and understand reporting requirements from various stakeholder groups. Develop goals and KPIs in conjunction with each group.

Possess 5 years of related experience in business analytics, business intelligence and data analysis in various BI technologies, patterns and practices.

As an Activation Manager, you will be accountable for:

At least 6 months of experience as a waiter/waitress in a dining environment

Performs meal service as required relating to beverage and meal service, plating of food, clearing and cleaning of dining rooms etc.

Assists residents with menu selection as required and serves food and beverages to residents in designated areas

Responsible for the setting, clearing, cleaning, and sanitizing of resident dining and service areas

Collects and strips trays for dish washing

Conveys residents’ complaints to Dietary Supervisor
