Solid verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to all levels of clients 

At least 7+ years of industry experience in a well-established, creative role with a proven track record 

Agency experience working across all channels 

Strong creative portfolio highlighting relevant/category experience, particularly in healthcare and pharma advertising 

Experience managing a creative team, including both copywriters and art directors

WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER:

Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Client’s business, and develop positive, productive relationships with all members of both the Client and Agency teams

Demonstrate good problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Knowledge, background, and/or interest in science and medicine

8+ years of healthcare copywriting experience, including HCP tactics

3-4 years of supervisory experience

Strong knowledge of agency/copy/editorial process

Knowledge of standard project management and / or task management tools (ie. MS Project, Smartsheet)

Manage & motivate multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, multiple-project environment.

Will also manage small projects from initiation to planning, design, development, testing, and into maintenance.

Assist in the creation of project documentation, including requirements documentation, project briefs, timelines, project status, estimates, etc.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Able to prioritize and manage multiple priorities concurrently while remaining organized.
