Accounts Receivable And Credit Analyst Jobs

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to AR Credit and Chargeback management.

Working closely with internal teams such as Sales, Warehouse and Finance to resolve customer disputes and issues.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar position

Computer skills: JD Edwards, Concur, MS Office with advanced Excel skills

Must be detail oriented, solid analytical and problem-solving skills and autonomous

Conduct Ad hoc projects for the Credit Manager and the general Finance Team.

Manage AR mailbox & AR phoneline and ensure all internal and external AR/Credit queries are actioned within 48 hours.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable and Administration.

Superior computer skills; be a ‘power-user’ with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience with Amazon Marketplace reports and reconciliation.

Minimum 2 years Account Receivable experience and credit management experience

Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Respond to internal and external questions related to Accounts Receivable & credit management

Manage cash receipt and deposit cash to the bank

Analyze and manage the creditworthiness of customer accounts

Maintain professional and constructive working relationships with co-workers and managers

Experience in accounts receivables, account collection and credit;

Good communication and teamwork skills

Good organizational skills and ability to handle high volumes of transactions;

Knowledge of Grope Echo and D&B (an asset)
