Preference to Certified Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent or nearing completion/certification

Source goods and services for assigned spend areas; RFP and contract management and negotiate supply contracts.

Manage vendor performance versus commercially agreed terms including KPIs, price, service and value-add incorporating FSMA and GFSI mandates.

Develop and communicate in-depth knowledge of key material market suppliers and cost infrastructure.

7-10 years experience in procurement, sourcing and purchasing analytics in a manufacturing environment

Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Negotiation, Cost Analysis, Vendor Relationships, as well as accounting terms and concepts and maintenance operations.

Excellent oral and written communication skills with superior organizational and analytical abilities

Process purchase orders via the procurement system (Ariba and SAP), manage inquiries, expediting and status reviews.

Responsible for ensuring vendor communication and vendor performance is adhere to Operations requirements

Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills

Support the maintenance of Departmental (KPI's) key performance indicators

Manage corporate requisitions on a timely basis.

Work with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure needs are met and manage procurement all issues.

Prepare Purchase Orders in Oracle System and manage supporting documentation;

Good analytical skills with the ability to factor in the needs of different stakeholders;

Flexible with the ability to support a fast-paced environment by ensuring multiple priorities are managed.

Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel)

Excellent time management skills, demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize

Sage ERP experience considered an asset but not a requirement

Well-organized and detail-oriented, advanced problem-solving and analytical skills

Proven ability to work effectively with teams, strong communication and interpersonal skills

Minimum 2yrs of experience in a similar role

Experience with data analysis and purchasing

Experience Post Education (preferred)

Account management, e-Commerce and/or retail experience is preferred

Manage WFS accounts and drive business growth across a wide portfolio of sellers. Drive regular business reviews with top sellers.

Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent years of experience in a similar capacity/ position

Strong skill set with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Identify and target sellers that will help us achieve our WFS strategy.
