Accounting Operations Coordinator Jobs

3+ years of generalized experience in variety of finance related areas: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation

Prepare monthly financial statements for Board of Directors and Program Managers

Oversee internal office supply purchasing working in collaboration with the finance team

Successful completion of post-secondary education in Business, Accounting or other related field

Experience with payroll administration is considered an asset

Collect, process and file all Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivables (AR) requests including; agency funds, grants, program and staff expenses

Partner with plant and platform management to drive financial performance of the business through reporting, analysis, education, and decision making.

Help institutionalize the concepts of costing and financial analysis by providing training to all levels of plant management and staff.

Strong computer skills, including data integration in multi-platform environments. Must be very competent in Excel and experienced with integrated ERP solutions.

Develop and implement systems as required to collect, manage, and analyze data related to resource consumption and allocation.

Experience in SAP, CPI, TQM, logistics, and financial systems preferred.

Experience in business process analysis and/or operations research a plus.

· Minimum one (1) years’ experience in a management control, operational finance or related role

Job Title: Management Control Analyst/Operations Accounting Analyst

· Communicates the appropriate information with site management & ensures the information is reliable and exhaustive.

· Produce regular management information and analyze results and discrepancies against the budget and Y-1.

· Participate in creating and implementing new management tools for the site. Propose improvements in analysis supports.

· Ensure the management rules are applied in the various departments in a smooth and consistent manner.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Oversee management of payables, ensuring all company debts are paid promptly and accurately.

Pertinent training in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Proven experience in managing multiple stages of the accounting cycle, preferably in a project-based business environment.

Experience in managing payments in a banking system.

Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills.
