Key Account Manager Oncology Transplant Jobs

Current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training requirements for this position shall be in accordance with the applicable CCMB policy

Knowledge and experience with oncology

Knowledge and experience with wound care

Knowledge and experience with patients receiving radiation therapy

Three (3) years’ experience within settings such as medical/surgical or ambulatory care

Previous experience in chemotherapy administration and IV insertion

Experience with senior stakeholder and partner management

Highly developed organizational and project management skills

3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry

Broad experience in a wide range of sectors, functions and processes

Strong strategic thinking, judgment and influencing skills

Ability to work in an environment of remote collaborators

Minimum of 2 years Marketing or Product Management experience in the pharmaceutical sector

Excellent business acumen and analytical capabilities to ensuring effective Marketing spend (cost management), (re)assessing the ongoing viability of related investments

Manages within allotted budget while maximizing effectiveness of resources and tools.  Monitors and evaluates competitive products and marketplace dynamics.

Therapeutic area experience in Uro-Oncology, strongly preferred

University degree(s) in an appropriate field

5+ years in the pharmaceutical industry.

Home office set up and have a willingness to travel.

Familiarity with Hospital Management systems and hospital ERPs

Coordination with various internal teams to ensure timely and smooth onboarding experience for merchants/app owners

Own and Manage Merchant relationships at post Live stage

Manage Paytm Health Merchants and aggregator relationship for the specified category in that region

5-9 years of relevant experience in Sales, Business Development and relationship building

3-5 years experience working in Pharma or Healthcare Sales position

Oncology and/or Hematology understanding and knowledge is strong asset

People management experience within a field based or head office role

Good planning / project management skills

Forecasting / budget management skills

Provide leadership to the Integrated Brand Teams and support Field Operations Director with the day-to-day management of KAM Team;

>5 years pharmaceutical brand management in Oncology

Manage the documental and operational activities needed for campaign operations.
