Academic Cohort Leader Jobs

Experience in program management, preferably in a not-for-profit context.

Knowledge of best practices for cohort management.

Manage a cohort of 1200 participants in the Flip The Script (FTS) program (600 members per cohort).

Ensure that cohort members are meeting program requirements and goals.

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as social work, psychology, or education.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Carries out any other related duties as required in keeping with the qualifications and requirements of positions in this category.

Demonstrates a commitment to enhancing one’s own awareness, knowledge, and skills related to equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Responsible for the operational set up and maintenance of clinic equipment and maintains inventory of clinic supplies.

Assists in coordinating clinic visits by preparing source and study documents, and scheduling visits with families.

Completes recruitment, re-consenting/assenting and study questionnaires with participants.

Comfortable in dealing with a variety of children in a clinical setting.
