Plus précisément, le répartiteur d’appels d’urgences 9-1-1 devra :
Répartir les appels 9-1-1 et/ou incendies selon la nature de l’évènement;
Valider les coordonnées de l’appelant et le lieu de l’évènement;
Déterminer l’intervenant d’urgence prioritaire et transférer l’appel et les renseignements recueillis selon le protocole;
Effectuer la répartition secondaire des services d’incendies desservis par le centre d’appels;

Manage human resource functions including recruitment, coaching, training, career development and performance management.
A degree in Business Administration, Sociology, Public Administration, Social Sciences or related field and at least 4 years of related experience.
A background in emergency service and/or experience in a 911 call centre will be considered an asset.
Experience in managing or leading through cultural change will also be an asset.
Successful applicants must provide proof of qualifications.
Contribute to the development of strategy and business planning for the 911 Operations service line.
