2+ years’ experience in transit and/or commercial vehicle industries.

General knowledge of truck, bus, automotive and/or vehicle systems.

Salary: Around $87,000 based on experience

Perform diagnosis and repairs of warranty-related issues.

Provide customer interface and reports on field maintenance activities.

Experience repairing cars and engines or auto mechanic education is required.

Diesel engine knowledge, heavy equipment experience, diesel mechanic experience, or the willingness to undergo on-the-job training.

Uses charts, manuals, and experience, plan repair procedures.

Ready to acquire additional certification if necessary.

Willingness to learn through practical experience.

Possess the ability to conduct oneself professionally and offer helpful customer service.
