Responsible for recording the daily attendance of the children and receiving medical information, especially in cases of ongoing absenteeism.

Responsible for the daily safety, health, and hygienic conditions of the children.

Responsible for safely escorting children outside of the centre and ensuring that adequate supervision is provided on all outings.

Responsible for reporting any signs of physical or mental abuse of any children in care to the proper authorities.

Responsible for performing housekeeping duties.

Upgrade training and education as directed to fulfil the responsibilities of the job.

Responsible for the upkeep of equipment/furnishings; inform the Manager if replenishment is necessary, and assess equipment needs/make recommendations regarding purchases.

Experience delivering services to employers, insurers and WSIB clients; and

Continuing education and professional development.

Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in assessment and treatment with a primarily orthopedic caseload in an outpatient setting;

Extensive experience with third party insurers (e.g., WSIB, MVA) and potentially some experience with long-term disability clients;

Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written communication skills for preparation of reports (e.g., collaborative assessment reports);

Project management skills and experience

Minimum of two (2) years of management experience, including human resources management

Demonstrated knowledge of basic financial management and program management, evaluation and development

Management education or training, including human resources management

Experience in preparing budgets, monitoring expenditures and preparing financial reports in accordance with the requirements of specific funders

These hours are dependent on the operational requirements of the organization

Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, including threats, vulnerabilities, security operations, encryption, boundary defense, auditing, authentication and risk management.

5+ years of relevant information security and information risk management experience.

Proven experience in setting up and managing Azure tenancies, Azure policy management and resource management would be a plus.

Assist with the planning, sponsorship and promotion for, and management of, community events

Contribute to the definition, development, and oversight of a global security management strategy and framework.

Completion of a relevant post-secondary Administrative Assistant/Office Management Program at the College level required

Must have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Visio), e-requisition (SRM) and ESP

Good inter-personal skills and ability to work well with a diverse group of individuals
