Job Description
Spud is looking for a Website Image Coordinator! This is a 6-month contract part-time position.


This role will work closely with the photographer & product merchandising team to help with photo-related tasks, including processing tickets submitted by teams in Jira, working with our merchandising tools to get images imported into the system and published on the website, and helping maintain the site for any errors or updates as needed.

Responsibilities:


  • Occasionally will be asked to help with ordering/coordinating products for marketing-related photo shoots
  • Screening tickets for subject matter for relevant information
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Checking each ticket that comes through for completion once all related tasks are done
  • Identifying and prioritizing tickets as dictated by the product category merchants on the site and/or about to be on promotion (Flyer, Loss Leaders, brand sales)
  • Resizing images to our website's specifications
  • Validate that submitted images meet our standards before executing tasks
  • A strong customer service orientation
  • Organizing Photo related tickets Jira:
  • Knowledge of using Office 365 and Office desktop apps
  • Maintaining our image database
  • Knowledge of Jira & Photoshop are an asset but not a requirement
  • Organizing tickets to appropriate tasks
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Processing provided images that are submitted for product merchandising on the website:
  • Naming and re-naming images in the proper naming convention specified
  • Keen attention to detail
