Fill Plant Operator

Location:GasPro - Toronto Ontario (North York)

Full-time Permanent Position(Monday– Friday 7:00am-3:00pm)

Competitive Salary$25/hr + benefits + pension + 3 weeks paid vacation

In the role of a Fill Plant Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient preparation of Medical grade Oxygen cylinders. Located in our North York warehouse facility, you will work independently as well as with a larger team to prepare and fill oxygen cylinders for distribution. This role will be responsible for helping unload empty gas cylinders, use manifold to fill, and assist with the loading of filled canisters. No driving is required in this role.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform inventory control of products
• Preparation of Oxygen cylinders.
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate and timely records of products and distribution
• Process, fill, and maintain equipment in the process of filling oxygen cylinders of various size and weight.
• Conduct required safety checks and ensure maintenance of company vehicle in accordance with established corporate practices.

Role Requirements:

• Proven ability to work safely in a physically demanding environment, i.e., lifting up to 60 lbs on a regular basis, pushing and manipulating weights up to 100lbs. The nature of this role requires that you successfully complete a pre-placement Functional Assessment test as a condition of employment to ensure that you can meet these essential duties of the role.

Education:Secondary school graduate at minimum.
