Visual Designer

Job Overview:

As a Visual Designer, you are responsible for the creation of engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. This role's key function is to conceptualize, design, and execute visually compelling digital and print materials, helping us transition our clients from satisfied to thrilled.

Key Skills:

• Strong project management skills
• Effective time management and personal accountability
• Creativity and graphic design skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in design software (like Figma) and graphic editing tools
• High attention to detail
• Eager to learn

Communication:

• Outstanding written communication and verbal skills
• Skilled in providing simplified explanations to complex or complicated design concepts

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in use of design applications, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experienced in designing and delivering a range of digital materials, such as websites, landing pages, banners, logos, and branding guidelines

Job Skills & Responsibilities:

• Presenting design concepts to clients or team members
• Collaborating closely with the team to support our marketing and branding efforts
• Working on multiple projects concurrently, balancing time constraints whilst maintaining quality
• Creating engaging design solutions that align with brand guidelines
• The candidate must be flexible and able to multitask across a variety of job duties, including:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Art, Design, or a related field (Preferred but not required)
• 2+ Years' Experience in Graphic Design, Web Design, Branding, or related field

Compensation:

The payment structure will be discussed and agreed upon before the commencement of work.
