User Interface Designer (All Levels)

Description

We are looking for a UI Designer to join our team of designers, developers and creatives. In this role you will be supporting the visual design of meaningful and intuitive solutions via beautiful interfaces, smart visual storytelling, and scalable design systems to solve complex problems for our clients and their customers.

You can drive design objectives and deliver innovative concepts while maintaining our client’s brand & design standards to ensure consistency. You love crafting interfaces and experiences and are passionate about the details. You can handle client feedback and keep projects moving and within scope.

You will also have the opportunity to leverage your solid knowledge of design tools and improve our workflows.

Key Aspects of the role

• Working knowledge across all domains such as experience design, front-end development, brand strategy, and content strategy
• Eager to help, answer questions and share knowledge
• Possess relentless curiosity about the latest design innovations
• Curious, self-learner and a problem-solver
• Ability to iterate on design solutions quickly through internal and client feedback

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally with digital agency experience
• Bachelor's degree in visual design & communications or equivalent professional experience
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills; the ability to clearly communicate ideas, backed by research, solving for the problem space and its’ users
• Bonus: Motion graphics skills.
• Strong design portfolio that demonstrates solutions to client problems as well as your process
• Experience with Figma, Protopie, Creative Suite and Asana.
