User Experience Designer Jobs

Lendus is a tech startup that is looking to revolutionize the rental industry by empowering small businesses and individuals to easily rent out equipment. Our platform is in the early stages of development, and we are seeking a dynamic UI/UX designer to help bring our vision to life.

As our UI/UX Designer, you will be instrumental in creating user-centric and engaging designs. You'll be working closely with our development team to transform your designs into a real product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaboratively work with the development team to align vision and deliver quality design solutions.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to optimize current and future designs.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Coordinate content, design, social media, pay-per-click (PPC) marketing and other activities.
• Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs using tools such as Figma and Photoshop.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of responsive design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant design tools. Basic HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Proven experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Firebase, React, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience working in a collaborative team and directly with developers for the implementation of designs.
