BACKYARDSWIMLESSONS.CA is hiring CASUAL/PART-TIME WSI (past and current) and current NLS ticket holders to deliver aquatics programs and services at private residential pools across the GVRD and Sea-to-Sky corridor.
Our Subcontractors are talented individuals who:
• Are booked via BACKYARDSWIMLESSONS.CA according to their availability and client booking requests;
• Make their own schedules Hours of Operation 5:30am - 9:00pm including weekends;
• Are flexible, coachable and willing to gain and share new knowledge;
• Use their own teaching tools and reliable vehicle;
Safety
• We offer WCB/WorkSafe coverage and carry Commercial General Liability
•Sub-Contractors are required to complete our Health & Safety modules
•Sub-Contractors are required to complete COVID-19 Safety Plan & Environmental Safety Plan tasks as required prior to and following service delivery;
Must have:
•Current or Expired WSI or •YMCA or LSS Swim Instructor Certificate
•CPR-C/ Airway Management and/or Current CPR-C and First-Aid-C
•Reliable, insured vehicle
•Smartphone - requires app installations and use of Google applications
•16 years old minimum
•Glowing references from previous employer, school instructors or previous clients •Criminal record check
