Parexel is currently recruiting for experienced Local / Regional as well as Global Study Operations

Managers. Several leveIs of this position dependent on years' experience and experience in Local/Regional or Global studies as well as lead experience.

The Study Operations Manager and Senior Study Operations Manager will be responsible for study, regional or specific country level activities and Global for Senior role - from study startup through conduct and study close. The Study Operations Manager has responsibility for study management aspects of assigned studies, including vendor and budget management.

Some specifics about this advertised role

• Responsible to support the development of study level plans
• Communication with the local team and internal stakeholders and CRO partner as applicable and as listed above to ensure efficient and timely study delivery of the agreed plans
• Responsible for regional/country/global study level Recruitment Strategy
• Regional/Country/Study and Global level implementation of Startup and Site Activation Plans
• The Study Operational Manager will be able to work independently and exercise their own judgement.
• Responsible for study and/or country vendor management and oversight including follow up and coordination of vendor deliverables

• Prior and demonstrable experience working at a senior level within Study start up
• Minimum of 5 Years for Study Operations Manager and 7- for Senior Study Operations Manager10 years of relevant global/regional clinical trial management experience.
• M.S/M.A/Ph.D. or B.A/B.S/nursing degree is essential
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Able to multi-task under limited direction and on own initiative.
