Job Description

We’re Noise Digital, a pioneering force in data-driven and personalized digital marketing. We are seeking an exceptional Strategy and Analytics Specialist to join the Consulting and Strategy team. If you’ve got a passion for problem-solving and the know-how to master and implement complex digital transformation principles, we’d love to talk.


As a Strategy and Analytics Specialist, you will be working with a wide range of clients and helping them achieve their digital maturity ambitions. In this role, you will:


  • Deliver valuable insights on paid media campaigns, website engagement, and app performance.
  • Utilize Adobe Launch and Google Tag Manager to establish detailed event tracking in both Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
  • Implement and validate marketing tags across multiple websites and apps using Adobe Launch and Google Tag Manager.
  • Work with tech, analytics and accounts teams, driving brand growth through strategy and tech
  • Develop automated reports and dashboards for various data inputs.
  • Develop scalable and repeatable analytics implementation methods, troubleshoot and resolve data issues.
  • Collaborate with the Strategy and Media teams to transform raw data into compelling narratives.
  • Support leadership with high-level tasks.
  • Compile data from multiple sources into comprehensive custom reports.
  • Gather and interpret analytics data related to marketing initiatives, product performance, and customer experience.
  • Aid in deriving actionable insights from collected data.
  • Set up Google and Adobe Analytics accounts, views, dashboards, filters, and goals following industry best practices.
  • Analyze and report campaign and website activity using Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics data.
  • Present historical and current performance statistics/data comprehensively to stakeholders.
  • Architect and implement Google Tag Manager and Adobe Launch for various website setups.
  • Work with clients to understand and diagnose some of the digital challenges they face.
  • Create and manage tracking codes across diverse websites and platforms.
  • Develop advanced data activation, tagging, tracking, and analytics strategies to deliver effective solutions.
  • Assist with multiple ongoing reporting activities.


What you'll need to bring:


Education:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, Math, or Advertising (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
  • Google Analytics certification and Adobe Analytics certification (preferred).
  • Highly recommended: Google Tag Manager/Adobe Launch certification.


Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of data analysis experience in a digital advertising environment.
  • Prior experience with the Google Marketing Platform, including Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and DV 360, highly regarded.
  • Proficiency in compiling and presenting analytics reports to clients, extracting insights, and recommending actionable improvements.
  • Brand experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with visualization platforms like Google Data Studio, Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, etc.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, and advanced Adobe Analytics
  • Experience in website tagging using Google Tag Manager and/or Adobe Launch.
  • Strong knowledge of web-based languages such as JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
