Title: Strategic Sourcing Associate
As a Strategic Sourcing Associate to the infrastructure department, you will be supporting our IT sourcing initiatives. The department will be responsible for purchasing and managing the IT equipment both Hardware and Software. This role supports our entire global organization and serves as the primary point of contact with key internal executives and strategic vendors.
What you'll be doing:

• Manage contact between external IT suppliers, vendors or contractors
• Data entry and keep all the records updated in the system
• Responsible for the procurement, maintenance and/or refurbishment of hardware, software, and inventory management.
• Also help out with processing invoices and work with tickets to provide hardware or software
• Providing integration and support for the procurement system that the department is using
• Maintain the whole Purchase order cycle

What you'll need to be successful:
Must haves:

• A bachelor's degree/ diploma in Procurement, Sourcing, Administration or related field
• Comfortable using any kind of Software, ERP on daily basis
• Understanding of general procurement challenges and solutions
• Proven ability to work and align with internal stakeholders such as IT, Security, compliance, etc
• 2+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement.
• Strong communication skills and comfortable with the IT terminology
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong Computer skills (Microsoft office- Word, Excel, ERP Systems)

Nice to haves:

• Familiarity working with IT ServiceDesk Platforms
• Basic Accounting knowledge- processing invoices etc
• Knowledge of different types of IT Hardware
