Job Brief
At Vivo Cura Health our goal is to work together to address our patients’ MSK pain so they can get back to living. Our multidisciplinary team is growing and looking for a qualified, compassionate and capable physiotherapist to help deliver integrated and continuous care to people suffering with musculoskeletal pain. In our centrally located and newly renovated facility in Calgary, you will work alongside a team consisting of MSK focused General Practitioners, Sports Medicine Doctors, Physiatrists, Physiotherapists, and Nursing and have access to the resources and equipment required to provide comprehensive assessments, consultation and treatment programs to patients.
Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with physicians and other medical staff to coordinate optimal care ● Provide a range of evidence-based physiotherapy services to patients with MSK pain including clinical assessment and education, physiotherapeutic interventions, development of customized goals and treatment plans ● Coordinate referrals for medical or conservative interventions in a timely manner ● Optimize clinical decisions by administering, collecting, and interpreting patient reported outcome measures ● Liaise with referral sources to build relationships to ensure patient needs are met ● Provide high-quality reports in a timely fashion that are aligned with the College and Vivo Cura Health’s standards ● Compliance with all Vivo Cura Health policies, procedures and protocols

● Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with and ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and patients ● Strong differential diagnosis, clinical reasoning and problem solving is essential ● Commitment to best practice, quality improvement, continued learning and skills development ● High-level organizational and time-management skills
Qualifications
Completion of a Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited university program plus two (2) years related experience (optional) ● Registered member in good standing with Physiotherapy Alberta College & Association ● Completion of advanced orthopedic courses is a strong asset
