Corra is looking for a Sr. Analytics Strategist to join our Technology organization. The primary goal of this position is to drive client ecommerce success through the application of Analytics and Data Science to generate actionable insights to our clients. The successful candidate must demonstrate a track record of delivering data insights that increase ROI, client profitability and other metrics of success in addition to being a proven subject matter expert in the technical aspects of the department’s work.


Responsibilities


  • Coordinate deliverables and deadlines for multiple clients in a timely manner
  • Understand user-behavior tracking needs in the ecommerce funnel and build a framework to deploy Analytics tracking within a timeline and budget
  • Partner with Developers to ensure events are successfully implemented
  • Educate and explain the benefits of our Analytics services in internal and client settings
  • Lead the migration strategy of any redesign / re-platform project to maintain and improve event and pixel tracking
  • Collaborate with clients and cross functional teams to help solve problems and deliver actionable insights about our client’s businesses leveraging your analytical skills and advanced reports
  • Professionalism to be client facing
  • Create and manage requirements documentation in the Product Backlog in JIRA and ensure they are prioritized based on business value, risk, and other relevant considerations
  • Attend team and client meetings


Requirements


  • Proficient with project management and communication tools (JIRA, Slack, etc.)
  • Demonstrable requirements elicitation, documentation and prioritization skills
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
  • Deep experience with data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), reporting dashboards and visualization techniques common to ecommerce business and technical users
  • Ability to communicate conclusions in a story-telling manner to business executives and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics is a plus
  • Demonstrated success of collecting and synthesizing complex data to convey business insights and growth opportunities to clients
  • Expert user of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (UA and GA4)
  • Basic or tangential experience in the fields of data science, machine learning, AI, digital marketing analytics or CLM/CRM analytics is a plus
  • Client-first mentality
  • 5 years of delivery experience providing Analytics or other data-driven services across a large and disparate portfolio of ecommerce businesses
  • Passion and curiosity to quickly learn new concepts and enable others
  • Solid time management skills including the ability to work across several projects simultaneously
  • Self-starter, organized and detail oriented to own the day-to-day interactions with clients and the internal delivery team for multiple projects/clients
  • Day-to-day experience working with cross functional teams including product owners, BAs, engineers, designers and more
