Summary

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our Healthcare team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating innovative solutions and working with data at scale. In addition to JavaScript and Python development, this role requires the ability to gather requirements, design and architect solutions, and take ownership of projects. You will collaborate with a highly technical team to deliver cutting-edge solutions in the Healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement software solutions using JavaScript and Python.
• Design and architect scalable and fault-tolerant solutions using AWS distributed computing and storage components.
• Develop new components and enhance existing functionality for our Healthcare Touchpoint Exchange.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define overall concepts for new product features and components.
• Continuously optimize and improve the performance and scalability of the software solutions.
• Model and develop data structures using JSON, XML, and databases.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
• Take ownership of projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project requirements.

Qualifications:

• Self-driven and motivated to learn and improve.
• Strong experience in gathering requirements, designing, and architecting software solutions.
• Experience with distributed computing and storage systems is required.
• Prior experience with Medicare Advantage benefits is a plus.
• Proficient in using GitHub/Gitlab for project collaboration and managing source code.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.
• Experience with other programming languages is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems in fast-paced environments.
• Strong time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in JavaScript and Python development.
