Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join our Elite team of real estate agents. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing data entry, leads followup and managing social media marketing campaigns for the company.


Responsibilities

  1. Maintaining our business Facebook page, LinkedIn page, Twitter, and Instagram account by creating engaging content and posts.
  2. Creating visually appealing posts on Canva, Instagram, and TikTok to increase our brand's visibility and reach.
  3. Creating landing pages on Wix and conducting paid advertising campaigns for these pages.
  4. Generating leads through Facebook and following up with them to convert them into potential customers.
  5. Promoting real estate builder projects on Facebook and Google through Wix landing pages.
  6. Maintaining our CRM in Agent Locator by updating customer status.
  7. Following up with leads through calls, texts, emails, and other channels to keep them engaged and interested.
  8. Updating existing client data to ensure that our records are accurate and up to date.


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in marketing, communications, or related field.

Proven experience in data entry and social media marketing.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.

Knowledge of real estate industry and related regulations is a plus.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
