About Our Client
Our client is an established design build general contractor, dedicated to serving private sector clients in their industrial building construction needs. The organization prides itself on timely and high quality project delivery, and provides employees with an excellent culture, environment, and remuneration package. Due to current project growth, the organization is looking to secure a seasoned Construction Superintendent to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Maintain a high level of health and safety on site at all times
• Manage the day to day site operations for a large scale industrial new building project
• All other duties as required
• Coordinate, schedule and manage all sub trades on site
• Report project progress to key internal and external stakeholders

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Team oriented mentality
• 10-20 years of building construction experience in the GTA market with specific project experience overseeing multiple industrial new building projects up to and in excess of 200,000 sq. ft. in scope - multiple full cycle project completion experience is a must
• Excellent track record of delivering projects on schedule and on budget
• Strong leadership, technical construction, and software / technology skills
• Strong network of local trades; strong on site safety record
