About Our Client
Extremely reputable and well-established group of construction companies that do their own developments and construction.

• Build three week look ahead schedules.
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of sub trades on site on a daily basis; * Site responsibility for on time on budget construction;
• Liaise with various consultants, government inspectors, architects, engineers, sub-contractors, suppliers;
• May be 'on call';
• Prepare and deliver progress reports, quantities to Project Managers and Management on regular basis;
• Coordinate mobilization/demobilization of resources;
• Track progress on site daily to meet work schedules and budgets;
• Ensure and enforce compliance to all company, client and legislated Safety policies and procedures;
• Ensure quality build on the following: building layout, interior and exterior wall layout, workmanship, grades, hardscaping, soft scaping, parking lot;
• Coordinating with tenant general contractors, sub trades, timelines;
• Identify any scope changes;
• Any additional duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Education and Experience -

• First Aid and C.P.R. training;
• Strong knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), Ministry of the Environment guidelines;
• Completion of post-secondary school diploma or degree in Construction Management or Engineering recommended;
• Journeyman trade certification in a relevant trade may be required;
• An Engineering Degree or Applied Science Degree an asset;
• Several years of experience in retail and ICI construction required;
• Valid Ontario 'G' driver's license.
