Job Description
Rush Truck Centres of Canada is a part of Rush Enterprises, the largest commercial vehicle dealership group in North America. We represent a wide range of industry-leading truck and trailer brands backed by parts, sales, service, collision repair, lease and rental support. With 15 locations in Ontario and almost 600 employees and growing, we are looking for top talent to join our team.


The Shunt/Delivery Driver is responsible for providing truck delivery services for the organization’s sales departments.


Responsibilities


  • Must follow all Highway Traffic Act regulations with full understanding of rules relating to transport driving.
  • Must complete log books and circle checks as required.
  • Shunt/Delivery Driver provides delivery services on a part-time and on-call basis as needed.
  • Delivers new and used trucks throughout Ontario.
  • Will also provide parts delivery to other dealerships within the company.
  • Requires occasional evening and weekend work.


Basic Qualifications


  • Valid class DZ or AZ driver’s license with good driving record.
  • Criminal Record Check
  • Driver’s Abstract
