Hello, we're Dad’s Organic Market, Saskatoon's largest source of organic foods. At Dad's we strive to provide a high level of customer service while creating a community atmosphere within the store. We're looking for an enthusiastic new team member to join our leadership team as a floor supervisor! The successful applicant demonstrates a positive outlook, genuinely enjoys engaging with a wide variety of people, and loves to learn. Specific to this position the ideal candidate would work directly with the store manager to demonstrate leadership qualities that promote trust, fairness, hard work, and positivity in the workplace.

Training will include duties in several departments such as customer service, finance, store standards, and general operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managing and covering breaks within the store.
• Work with the store manager to create & organize a daily plan to keep the store running smoothly.
• Plan and carry out daily cash management procedures.
• Learning all areas and aspects of the store.
• Train new team members as needed.
• Managing day-to-day operations of the business with the assistance of the Store Manager.
• The highest priority! - Creating a positive environment for our team while delivering strong customer service skills.
• Upholding the visions and values of our company.

Requirements of this Position:

• A self-described "people person".
• Able to work Saturday shifts
• Prior supervisor experience and assets.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of team members throughout the store and positively impact their work experience.

Tentative Schedule

Tuesday 9:10am - 6:10pm

Wednesday 9:10am - 6:10pm

Thursday 11:15am-8:15pm

Friday 9:10am - 6:10pm

Saturday 8:45am - 5:45pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00 per hour
