As a Server & Host you set the tone for the Island Lake experience by being the first person to welcome our guests. You play an important role by ensuring a steady flow into the restaurant so the service and culinary teams can deliver the best guest experience. Having a background in the hospitality industry combined with customer service experiences would be an asset.

• Serving it Right certificate
• Combination role starting in the morning as a Breakfast Server in our Tamarack Lodge then moving over to the Bear Bistro as a Host & Server.
• Responsible for making sure guests have water, cutlery and menus when seated
• Be willing to work day, evening, weekends and Holidays
• Responsibilities will include greeting our guests with friendly conversation,
• Strong interpersonal skill and customer service experience
• Employment for our Summer season with the opportunity for continued employment in our Winter Season.
• Monitoring our wait list, managing floor chart with available tables, and be able to communicate with guests who are waiting.
• Ability to Multi-task and work well under pressure
