Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Workday Analyst to join our Global People Systems & Analytics Team. The Senior Workday Analyst will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of our Workday system. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of People processes and systems, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
This role is open to applicants from the United States and Canada.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Conduct testing and quality assurance for system updates, upgrades, and integrations.
• Provide data analysis and reporting for HR and management stakeholders.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Workday functionality and provide training and support to end-users.
• Configure and maintain Workday system, including but not limited to security, business process configurations, and integrations with other systems and vendors.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and trust in the People system.
• Collaborate with People and IT teams to implement new HR processes and optimize existing ones within the Workday system.
• Stay current on Workday release updates and new features.

Required Qualifications

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience with Workday integrations and reporting tools preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Payroll (US) and Benefits.
• 5+ Years of experience in Workday Administration.

The base salary range for this role is $84,253.00 - $105,316.50 /year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
