Immigration & Mobility-Consulting firmis looking for a dynamic and experienced person to fill the position of Regulated Immigration Consultant.
Main Functions
·Quickly master processes for preparation and submission of immigration applications
· Initial consultations with clients
· Check, review and update documents provided by applicants
·Prepare contracts and invoices
·Prepare correspondence for immigration authorities (requests, emails, letters)
·Keep records up to date in our internal system
·Monitor document submission deadlines
·Prepare reports
·Plan and prioritize casework
·Provide administrative support
Experience And Skills
·CICC membership in good standing is mandatory
·English (spoken and written) required. French and/or Spanish is an asset
·College diploma in Immigration Studies (or equivalent relevant experience)
·3-5 years of experience as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant
·Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
·Proven ability to process multiple files at the same time
·Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision
·Excellent customer service
· Excellent communication skills
·Organizational and time-management skills
·Analytical and problem-solving skills
·Good research skills
·Ability to collaborate as a team and good interpersonal skills
