Job Description

ReadyTal is seeking highly talented and passionate Senior Full Stack Developers with a strong front skillset to help a select group of international companies build their teams with the best global remote developer talent.


Required Skills:


  • Experience with translating design comps and wireframes into flexible and reusable code, with Figma, Zeplin or similar tools
  • Experience implementing pixel perfect designs across a broad range of browsers and devices
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • 4+ years advanced experience with front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React and Angular
  • Tech leadership experience, ability to lead projects and mentor junior developers
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Knowledge of how to interact with REST APIs and REST/SOAP services
  • Advanced knowledge of responsive web design
  • Experience with DevOps pipelines and tools
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Node.js
  • 8+ years of experience web development experience.
  • Experience with SQL and no SQL databases


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Java and Spring
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
