Are you passionate about cybersecurity? Would you welcome the opportunity to spearhead security initiatives on behalf of a mid-sized organization? LRO Staffing is partnered with a healthcare organization in identifying a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to better the cybersecurity posture.

Reporting to the Director, IT Infrastructure the Senior Cybersecurity analyst will act as an advisor to the digital house on cyber matters. This role requires someone capable of being an advisor, while getting involved in operations.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Vulnerability assessments
• Be the subject matter expert to the digital house and stakeholders on cyber matters
• Develop / lead cybersecurity policies & procedures
• Awareness training
• Monitor cyber incidents, investigations, pen testing
• NIST Cyber frameworks + other best practices

About You

The successful candidate will have the following:

• 5 years exp in cybersecurity – building processes and acting as SME
• NIST cybersecurity frameworks and/OR ISO 27001, CIS Controls
• Collaborative spirit who wants to lead cybersecurity initiatives and collaborate with development teams, Chief Digital Officer and more
