Job Description
SECURITY GUARD - West Kelowna (Overnights)


Sat & Sun: 0800 - 1600 (08:00AM to 4:00PM)

Your Must Haves …


  • Excellent English, oral and written skills
  • 1 -2 years experience in security.
  • NVCI and De-escalation certificates or willing to obtain.
  • Valid BC Security License
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills with Microsoft office and Tracktik.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with the residents and staff.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Experience in supporting and working with a diverse group of people. Demonstrated interest and experience in serving the public
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills


Some of your responsibilities include:


  • Investigating incidents promptly and accurately. Submitting incident reports in a timely manner to the Client Services Manager and the client.
  • Responding to emergencies situations and be able to handle emergency situations in a calm and professional manner.
  • Flexibility and availability to work at both locations when required.
  • Interior and exterior patrols of residential buildings in all weather conditions.
  • Access Control, ensuring the safety of residents and staff.
