Security Guard Kelowna ($23 Sat & Sun Days)

Commissionaires BC is currently hiring two security guards to work Sat & Sun weekend days as part of our downtown Kelowna Security Team. A valid BC Class 5 driver's license is mandatory for this position.

SHIFTS: Sat & Sun 0800 - 1600 (8:00AM to 4:00PM)

Your Must-Haves:

• You hold a valid BC security license
• You have excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Class 5 Drivers Licence
• 1-2 years working in security

Job Duties:

• Proactively responding to and resolving emergency situations and conflicts
• Maintaining a safe environment for residents, business owners and those visiting Kelowna
• Handling any crisis situations in a calm and controlled manner
• Continuous foot patrols of downtown Kelowna
• Effectively communicating problems or concerns to the Site Supervisor
