Salary: £28,000 - 38,810 per year

Edwin Education is recruiting for a Secondary Design & Technology Teacher to join a welcoming school in the Birmingham area of England for a September start.
About The Role
Our partner school in Moseley, West Midlands, is seeking a highly skilled Design and Technology Teacher to work full-time in their school
The desired candidate will be confident with their classroom management and teaching KS3 and KS4 students (Years 7 to 11)
The role may involve some elements of planning and marking to help support students in meeting their learning outcomes

The suburb of Moseley is just a few kilometres south of the city centre of Birmingham, and is a cosmopolitan residential area with great leisure amenities, bars and restaurants and boutique shopping
To succeed in this role, candidates will have:
Experience of teaching Design and Technology to KS3 and KS4 children (Years 7 to 11)
Dedication to helping children succeed in the subject
excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team
Bachelor of Education / Post Graduate Diploma of Education / or equivalent teaching degree with current teacher registration
Eligibility to work in the UK (must have valid visa with working rights)
Recent classroom-based references and valid DBS/police checks
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
Bachelor of Education / Post Graduate Diploma of Education / or equivalent teaching degree with current teacher registration
