This competition is to fill (1) permanent part time position, working 37.5 hours biweekly.

The Yukon Government is looking for a dedicated School Receptionist to become the welcoming face of Robert Service School. As the first point of contact for students, parents, and staff, you'll play a vital role in providing reception services, managing attendance records, relaying important messages, and offering clerical and administrative support to the school administration and teachers. Essential Qualifications
  • Experience preforming routine administrative tasks such as, tracking and data entry, photocopying, scanning and faxing, processing mail and filing/records management
  • Experience providing service to clients and stakeholders a front facing role
  • School Experience would be an asset
  • Experience with accounts receivable and payable transactions including petty cash, trust accounts and grants including tracking of financial spending.
Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.
