Restorative Aide Jobs

We are currently has openings for a Restorative Aide. These positions assist with rehabilitation efforts to maintain or improve the resident's rehabilitative status, in accordance with the standards, policies and practices of the department.
Essential Functions
 Provides restorative services as directed by the Charge Nurse.
 Obtains and documents the body weight of the residents at daily, weekly and monthly interims.
 Routinely meets with DON to review and update all restorative plans.
 Observes residents for any changes in physical, emotional or behavioral conditions and notifies the Charge Nurse of any changes or concerns.
 Documents residents' participation in restorative care.
 Protects the confidential nature of resident information and adheres to resident rights.
 Follows all company policies and procedures.
 Complies with federal, state, local and company health, safety, and sanitation laws, regulations and standards, including Standard Precautions and Infection Control Guidelines.
 Assists with mealtime activities including delivering food, feeding residents, moving residents to dining areas.
 Complies with the company's employee safety prevention and accident reporting program.
 Participates in and assists residents during fire drills and other safety drills.
 Timely response and follow through on all communications.
