Job Description
We are currently looking for a Resource Coordinator to join our team in Montreal.
As a Resource Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to manage the resources of an organization effectively, providing strategic resource planning solutions to guarantee the delivery of our services and to fulfill our engagements.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Presenting options, recommendations, and solutions to scheduling conflicts.
  • Acting as the primary link between Partners, Senior managers, Managers and HR in regard to staffing requirements.
  • Implementing three-month and annual schedules based on established budgets, clients, deadlines, staff development program requirements, study leaves and vacation request;
  • Participating in the planning and development of the annual productivity budgets.
  • Partnering with Talent Acquisition to provide forecasting and work force planning resources.
  • Assisting in elaboration of new strategies to control staff allocation.
  • Anticipating resource needs and collaborating with managers to maximize utilization of staff while optimizing employee growth.
  • Projecting and analyzing staffing needs;
  • Balancing workloads in accordance with professionals’ skill sets.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Maintaining staff databases and compiling reports from database as needed.
  • Managing and reviewing scheduling processes.
  • Providing reports of hourly budgets usage.
  • Coordinating tracking of CPA hours for students and ensuring students receive the required hours of experience within minimum expected time frames.
  • Acting as super user/subject matter expert of the STAR scheduling platform.
  • Overseeing assignment of resources to different client mandates in order to obtain client satisfaction and drive improved efficiency while maximizing staff’s career potential;
  • Responsible for staffing allocation and capacity planning:
What you need to succeed:
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both English and French
  • Skilled at negotiation and conflict management
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as strong attention to details
  • Tech savvy; very comfortable working with new technology
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Work well in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Comfortable multi-tasking, adapting to and prioritizing a diverse and demanding workload
  • Minimum three years of recent Resource Management or client service delivery experience, preferably with a professional services environment
