Job Title: Remote IT Services Sales Representative (Commission-Based)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote IT Services Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a commission-based sales professional, you will be responsible for selling our comprehensive IT services to clients worldwide. This is an excellent opportunity to work remotely and earn lucrative commissions on a project basis or through long-term managed service contracts.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and target potential clients, including businesses and organizations of varying sizes, across diverse industries.
2. Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building activities.
3. Engage in consultative selling to understand client needs and recommend customized IT solutions that align with their goals and objectives.
4. Effectively present and articulate the value proposition of our IT services to key decision-makers and stakeholders.
5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase our capabilities and differentiate us from competitors.
6. Collaborate with our technical teams to ensure accurate scoping, solution design, and cost estimation for each project or managed service contract.
7. Negotiate contract terms and conditions, ensuring mutual agreement and client satisfaction.
8. Meet or exceed sales targets, quotas, and revenue goals on a consistent basis.
9. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts to the management team.
10. Maintain strong industry knowledge, stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, and share insights with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
11. Continuously build and nurture client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and promote future business opportunities.
Qualifications:
1. Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, software, or technology solutions.
2. Strong understanding of the IT industry, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, network infrastructure, software development, and managed services.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients remotely.
4. Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
5. Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
6. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
7. Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating discipline, organization, and time management skills.
8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand complex client requirements.
10. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. For project-based sales, you will earn a percentage of the project value upon successful completion. For managed service contracts, you will receive recurring monthly commissions throughout the duration of the contract.
Note: This is a remote position, and candidates from any location will be considered. Travel may be required occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
