- Office administration requirements include; maintaining various employee lists, ordering business cards, Health & Safety committee support, other administrative task as assigned.
- Entering and reconciling Expense Reports in Concur for GAM Managers
- Answer and direct all incoming calls on a multi-line switchboard
- Coordinate and manage bookings for meeting rooms; arrange catering as required
- Assist the Business Operations and Finance team with coding invoice and Accounts Payable payment investigations
- Assist with maintenance of staff kitchens and meeting rooms; including ordering supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and liaising with the office maintenance teams as needed
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook for emails and meetings
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- 1-3 years’ experience in the financial industry
- Previous experience in a professional office environment
