Requirements

• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven experience (5 years) in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on leading QA efforts for complex software projects.
• In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices, including test planning, test case development, test automation and setting environments for tests
• Hands-on experience with automated checks of tests quality (Sonarqube etc)
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and prioritize testing efforts based on project timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Identify and implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to enhance the QA process and ensure efficient testing.
• Define and build prerequisites for tests (Mocks, seeds, etc)
• Act as a subject matter expert for QA-related discussions, providing insights, recommendations, and solutions to technical challenges.
• Track and report on QA metrics, such as defect rates, test coverage, and test execution progress, to key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute the QA strategy, including test plans, test cases, and test automation frameworks, to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and project management, to define quality standards, acceptance criteria, and testing timelines.
• Perform hands-on testing activities, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing, as needed.
