Job Description

Fully remote psychotherapy provider for adult individuals and couples.


Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Psychologist or Registered Clinical Social Worker who will be responsible for providing psychotherapy for individuals with mental health concerns. The Psychologist or Social Worker is expected to offer services to adult individuals and couples. Core areas of competence include working with individuals with anxiety, depression, disordered eating/weight related concerns, chronic pain, work stress/burnout, and low self-esteem.


Qualifications

  • Experience with diagnosis, treatment planning and assessments, and crisis management
  • Minimum of a masters degree (MSc or MA) in Psychology or a related field (e.g., Social Work)
  • Experience conducting individual and couple therapy sessions
  • Commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality
  • Licensure to practice with the College of Alberta Psychologists or Alberta College of Social Workers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
