Description

• Manage project/work plans, tracking and analytics for the program/project execution.
• Provide assistance to Managers, Project Managers and project team, in coordinating, planning, communicating, and executing the delivery of core project components.
• Process Workflow Management from ticketing, and risk/issue management.
• Responsible for creation and/or maintenance of management dashboards and executive summaries.

Must haves:

• 7 - 10 years of experience coordinating projects.
• Exceptional analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated Project Management software skills and experience (e.g., MS Project, Planview, etc.).
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated experience working in a professional environment supporting multiple Project Managers and critical projects for mainframe/legacy systems
• Experience developing project status reports and maintaining and monitoring status reporting logs.
• Experience working alongside Managers and Project Managers to provide updates, escalate issues where required, identify risks, and lead/coordinate project document deliverables
• Effective consulting skills to engage with all stakeholders with proven track record for building strong working relationships.

Nice to have:

• Experience working in the public sectoron a mainframe/legacy system.
